We have a well-equipped Laboratory for intraoperative and final tests of manufactured casts.
We check chemical and material composition and microstructure with customers’s requirements. In the laboratory we also check parameters of green sand. The Laboratory equipment includes:
- spectrometer for chemical content analyses, ARL 3460,
- metallographic tests station, NIKON,
- tensile strength testing machine for static tensile tests
- Brinell hardness testers,
- Measuring machine ZEISS.
