Production of iron castings takes place on three green sand vertical automatic molding lines DISAMATIC:
- ØDISA 230-C (675 mm x 550 mm),
- ØDISA D3 (675 mm x 550 mm),
- ØDISA 280-C (1.200 mm x 1.050 mm).
All lines are equipped with automatic pouring furnaces, automatic pouring systems, modifier feeding devices together with control systems over the quality of the modification, pyrometers for measuring the temperature of the liquid metal stream and monitoring systems and recording process parameters.
